our story

GracePointe Community Church began in the fall of 2005 as a dream for a church in the suburbs that had two passions: a passion for God and a passion for people. That dream became a reality as "The North Forsyth Project" was launched in January of 2007, with little more than a laptop, a location, and a partnership with Perimeter Church. By the summer of 2007, God had raised up three necessary ingredients: people, provision, and prayer. In August of 2007, Ralph and Lisa moved to North Forsyth County and began what is now GracePointe with 19 people who shared a love for this area and a longing for God to do something special here. We celebrated our first worship service on Easter of that same year. Since then God has been faithfullly revealing His grace in our midst - transforming lives, redeeming relationships, and sustaining us with His continued provision. We invite you to join us - a broken people redeemed by His immeasurable grace - as we celebrate God's goodness together.
